Thank God you have a mom that loves you. Trying talking to her about why you cut, maybe ask your mom to go places with you for now. You will get out of the house, and she will know you are safe.

Yes, you need help. Be thankful your mom found out. Now you can get the therapy you need. You have a serious problem.
Talk to your Mom and get help ASAP! Only YOU know the real reason for all this so take the first step and tell your Mom yourself, that you need help.
