I am so glad you felt comfortable asking this question. It sounds like you have, or are developing an eating disorder. This is a growing problem in the US and it effects more girls than boys. It often begins in early adolescence and can develop into a much larger problem, and cause other health issues if not taken seriously and treated early on.
Suffering from an eating disorder is more than just trying to lose weight. An individual struggling with an eating disorder requires professional counseling, but support from other people, especially friends, can also be a big help.
I suggest that you talk with a health care professionals, such as the school counselors, or a psychiatrist and/or a dietetics professional to help you become more knowledgeable and better able to resist the desire to binge, purge, and also to become more comfortable with your body. I hope this helps.

if you think that you have an eating disorder why not visit your doctor and get it checked out

maybe you just love food as much as I do!

talk to someone u trust like ur mom....maybe she can help u b4 it gets too outta control.

Omg yeah you should get help right now before it gets serious.

If you think you have an eating disorder, go to a doctor or therapist and say how you feel. They will know for sure what's wrong.

dont binge youll gain weight
eat small meals throughout the day
get exercize even if it means just walking
youll lose 3 lbs no problem

3 pounds really isn't much to be purging for. Try eating healthier and exercising (take your dog for a walk if you have one, or go with a family member/friend that lives nearby after dinner)

yep you do. I can tell you if you are 5'8 and 143 you are in no way fat and could get uo to 160 and still look great.

just force yourself to stop binging and purging

FORCE YOURSELF

if you find that you can't even do that then I'd suggest professional help

I don't know you have some things i heard but you can't always listen to online quizes. I say it you really feel you have on why don't you ask you parents or go to the doctor.

If you THINK you have an eating disorder than you most likely do. Or you're a hypochondriac. Take your pick.

you might want to consider balancing your eating. eat carrots and lowfat ranch dressing instead of those greasy, oily patatoe chips. you can lose weight if you want to! be determined and stick to good eating! dont eat TOO much because then that will effct the progress you make. just believe in yourself and enjoy life by eating HEALTHY! thats what i do! :) good luck, you can do it! hope i helped :)

If you're purging, I would think so.

you've fallen victim to commercial appeal. you purge because you have a big appetite. i have a huge appetite, and haven't purged once in my life. purging is bad for your esophagus, mouth and teeth, because of the constant stomach acid traveling and coming in contact. eat what you want, EXERCISE.
sounds like you havnt been a very active person in your life, getting winded so easily. start with easy cardio, build your way up to strength training. don't purge, men would rather have a meaty girl than a yellow-toothed vomit machine.

i think you're weight and height are okay. the 3 lbs that you want to get rid of shouldn't make you big. you might need to exercise a bit though if going up one flight of stairs wind you up too much. by purge, i hope you mean normal, natural purging and not like you force yourself to throw up. i think your purging is good and matches your binges well. that's good. i'm almost envious :)

anyway, if you feel there's something wrong, you might want to check with a physician and ask for his opinion. goodluck!

seek help.. purging can kill

SOME OF THESE HEALTH SITES WOULD HAVE US ALL THINKING WE HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH OURSELVES I DON'T THINK THERE IS MUCH WRONG WITH YOU BUT GO TO YOUR DOCTOR TALK THIS THROUGH TAKE CARE

you may not eat healthy enough which would leave you hungry l8tr. But what you can do if you feel hungry again is drink some water or listen to some music. Maybe do something relaxing or watch TV and that might help you 4get about food. All of those things may help make a change. I hope i helped!!!

If you were 5'8" and wanted to be 100 pounds, then I would say you had an eating disorder. If you force yourself to throw up (ever), however, then you do have an eating disorder and need to see a therapist soon. The earlier you catch something like this, the easier it will be to deal with it. Good luck!

there is only you that can know if you have a eating disorder or not, not some stupid quiz. you shouldn't make yourself sick though because this can cause all sorts of problems including cancer. you should see your gp asap and talk to them or you should speak to your parents, how long have been vomiting for???? please please get help.

You're normal.
