Do you know any practical methods or exercises that can help you in concentratin!

Question: Relaxation exercises will help you focus better by relieving stress. Aerobic exercises will oxygenate your blood and brain so that you will have better focus. You can also do inverted postures that don't necessarily have to be "yogic." (You can simply sit or lie down some way so that blood drains into your head.) There's other techniques but I will keep it simple. Otherwise there is meditation. I wrote an essay on medtiation today and posted it on my 360 blog. It begins as a rehash of a posting I've repeatedly posted here to Qs about beginning meditation. If you want any details about relaxation exercises, etc. sent me a note.

Pilates is an excellent exercise regimen that is similar in some ways to yoga but more westernized without the yoga mummery and froo-froo. (That, from a person certified in 3 different types of yoga). It helps with muscles toning and skeletal alignment.

yoga and pilates!

Try meditation, that forces you to focus on clearing your mind and all that, if you can control your mind that way, you can do anything!

deep breating or ti chi its a form of exercise and dance that is all aout concentration

Listening to classical music has been presented as being helpful in learning.

Zen (meditation). Sit comfortably on a pillow on the floor or on a seat with your legs straight whilst sitting up, make sure your comfortable. Close your eyes and take deep breathes, as you are taking deep breath's (this may sound weird but try) follow the air into your lungs with your mind, and follow it back out again. Do this for 5-8 minutes. Once you are finished rub your eyes before you open them and shake your hands to waken your body up. Behold a fresh mind

Ummmm...

idk about methods, but the best way to improve your concentration is to get enough rest and eat good food. Seriously. Or you can play braing age on nointendo DS for a few hours a day. That's what I like to do. :P

meditation.
