Loss of appetite?!

Question: Since ive studied a bit of psychology. I think my loss of appetite is due to my increased stress. Ive also been having debilitating back pain and frequent illnesses. Well now I can feel my history of anorexia coming back. I'm actually really hungry, but I just dont really want to eat. Its hard to explain. Last week I went without food for 2 days because I just didnt have the time to make something to eat.

Can somebody give me ways I can make myself eat even if I really dont feel like it? And maybe some tips on dealing with increased stress?

I've felt the same way, many times.
The only food that made me feel like eating were soups. Then, I could take my meds and still take somethng, without feeling like I had to eat a whole "meal"

Not eating for 2 days? There isnt such thing as "not having enough time to make something to eat". It is a necessity to living your life. You need food to live! Well everyone deals with stress their own way and one way that can help is exercise. Could there be something else bothering you besides all the stress? What about your body image? Are you starting to think like you once did before that got you to anorexia? You know your history and I'm sure you don't want to go back to that. If this continues, I suggest you get some help soon!

I started a psychology class one time.
I started to analyze my friends till I thought they were crazy.
Then I turned on myself.
I quit the class I thought it was really getting to me.
Now I don't take anything to seriously.
Take a break, and relax a bit.
