Has Anyone ever took DXM recreationally and how much did you take I just took 15!
Question: Depends on what effect you want and your body weight. 150 mg is not much unless you are 100 pounds or less. Id say 200 to 300mg for 150 to 200 hundred person. Much more than that and you start getting side effects that are worse than the good feelings. Try getting pure Dex, cough syrup has other stuff that that you dont want in that quantity

I used to do DXM alot, problem for me was after awhile just seeing a robotussin bottle made me want to yack... As for your question, I used to do anywhere from 4 to 8 oz's I don't really know how many mg's that is but if you find a tussin bottle around you might get an idea.
