I keep hearing voices. What should I do?!

This is a real mental crisis, while in there they will evaluate you.
The reason i say this is because your are having homicidal thoughts.
This may be a psychotic break. I agree with the person before, go to the ER and be evaluated immediately. They have amazing tests that can be done where they hook up electrodes to the brain and can see what part of the brain is being stimulated. So if you are actually hearing voices from within your mind that part of your brain will be highlighted even when you are not physically hearing a conversation.
