How can i control my anxiety during work?!


Question: Devote your entire mind to your work. Allow nothing else to exist. Focus on the task or audience or what ever you do. It helps if you like what you do or if its involved. Exclude recognition of yourself in the process. Know only what you are doing and the satisfaction of being the best at it. It works, it might take practice and you end up being back to yourself afterwards. But for those hours that you have engrossed your being in that task you are free.

try to get help from a doctor.

you have to follow Dave chapells advice and stay as high as possible
i prefer weed

Smoke a bowl before work...or quit...or commit suicide...or all of the above.

I have much experience in this department and struggle just to go anywhere..my advice to you would be to ask your doctor for some medication that will calm you down slightly, and then just keep working like you normally would, and remind yourself when you feel anxious that nothing is wrong.

Do something relaxing at regular intervals or after work
When you;ve come back from work just chill and relax but during work is another issue
I say deep breaths n go long n push urself for ur best effort
Often wen u do gud u become more relaxed but to get there first u need to work n push urself for a bit.

this is what i do ...i have the same problem as you but i find that my anxiety happens because i am starring at paperwork, a computer screen and a phone so this is my advice to you ..take 5 LEAVE!!! just go outside for at least 2 minutes and breathe ...just take a deep breath...fresh air makes me feel less anxious and i also call my bf and tell him that i love him so you can call a loved one and just talk with them very briefly ...and just know that you are not alone..i always get anxiety attacks at work sometimes even before going to bed

Try it at least once.

The truth is that I really can't tell you without knowing whether you were or are on medications which the side affects are anxiety.

Or if you hate your job and are afraid of being laid off...

Wnei it gets bad for me I will go to the restroom and get a drink of water on the way back.
That leaving for a few minutes helps me a lot.
