Study. Most anxiety is caused by a lack of preparation. Prepare yourself for the exam, and know whats on it. If you do study, and you are prepare, and usually score pretty high, then you need to tell yourself that you are prepared. Convince yourself. Eat healthy, do not indulge in greasy foods when studying/preparing. Take a few minutes out of your days before the exam to think about your day, your classes, your teachers, your friends, yourself, and the exam. If you do this, you should defeat your anxiety pretty easily.
take frequent breaks after you study. i heard the brain can only take in 20 minutes of studying.
