I need someone to PLEASE tell me who to call, where to go, or what to do.?!

I have had panic attack since I was 13 yrs old and now I am 28 and still dealing with it.. I hope this number can help you . .. You needs a coffee and seea dr asap do he/ she assist you better. You should tell your boss you needs to take a break your not feeling well and go to the nearest hospital. They will not hurt , they will be so caring and understanding.
Please don't end your life , there are beautiful things to look forward to.

Why not take a coffee break, go step out for fresh air, and relax. A few deep breaths, count to 10, get done with the day.

Go home get a good nights sleep after a hot bath and you should be feeling better.

Please don't end your life their is a purpose for you, I'm from evansville Indiana, go to a hospital the e.r would be ideal.

if your having problems at work you sure should leave...panic attacks are awful..i have them...get yourself to the hospital and check in...you need help...you surely don't want to commit suicide as your asking for help...find it..suicide is awful for you and your family...my son-in-law committed suicide almost four years ago...you would be hurting all those you love terribly...

do you have medication for your anxiety attacks? Of not please get some asap. It will help very much when you are having such attacks. As for right now, please call the suicide hotline. I don't have the number in front of me but you can google it. You obviously care enough about yourself to ask for help. Please do these things now. Get into the dr right away. Call now saying you are having an anxiety attack. They should help you asap. Good luck

Call your city's CRISIS LINE and do it IMMEDIATELY. They will give you local referrals and you should be able to go somewhere DIRECTLY after you get off work. GOOD LUCK. If you don't have a 'crisis line' in your city, call the BEST hospital emergency room and tell them your story ... but most larger cities have CRISIS lines for people just like you who are 'feeling stuck' and don't know which way to turn.

take a deep breath. this is important. if you are really considering ending your life and you feel or think you are in danger, don't hesistate to call the police. they can pick you if you need it. OR call a trustworthy non-critical friend, your parents, anything you need. there are also several hotlines to deal with this type of thing if you need it.

When you get a chance, go outside.
Look at the farthest horizon you can.
Think of children at play.
Realize that your body is dumping adrenaline.
YOU are in control of your body.
Know that there are many experiences that you must have.
That there are so many people you are going to help.
That so many people are counting on you.

in 1993 i started having ( panic attacks)..after about 8 i couldn't take it anymore..seen a shrink,,put me on klonopin..thats the best drug to start out on 0.5mgs aday!! i took them 4 14 yrs now on xanax.. GO GET HELP!!!!!GOOD LUCK TOO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my desk I have these worry dolls that I tell my worries and place them somewhere out of sight, with them go my ill thoughts. I'd suggest you do something similar. Write your worries down on a post. take a break for five minutes and go for a walk (post it in tow). At some point during your walk let the post it go (where ever it is going to go in the universe). I hope this helps.

There should be mental health dept, not the psych ward, but a place where they could help find a counsellor or a doctor and get you the help you need... We have this in NC, it's by county... So check with your local mental health dept... or, call the health dept and ask them where to go... I'm serious.
There's nothing wrong with needing help and getting it. You don't have to suffer... You might have something going on, and just need a diagnosis and some therapy or meds to help you cope... However, right now, you're having worst side-effects, b/c you can't get help and you can't leave work. Please try to hang on til tomorrow... however, if you check, there might be an emergency number... If you can't wait til morning, you might have to go through the ER... you will get help if you do this... but it's last resort... They will want to suicide-proof you, so I would try to hang on and get help in the morning, rather than go to a lockup type facility... ok? It will give you more control of the situation if you stay out of a psych ward... ok? trust me... I know a bit about these things. I never went to one, but my sister did and she said it was horrible! I'm getting my daughter help through the mental health dept, like I told you, that's why I know about them...
In the meantime, try to think of at least one thing you want to live to see... even if it's just the blooming of the flowers in Spring. Maybe you want to live through Lent to get to that chocolate cake. I don't know your personal beliefs. Is someone you know graduating college, or high school? Stick around for that... it's huge!!

eat your own pizza and stop use your computer, tame your dog, it will stop it, even though read bible as your own Savior!

i know you say you cant leave work but you have to!! believe me i work for a very very strict company when it comes to attendance policies and im the type who worked even through a winter flu. point being. you have to leave that workplace or the feelings will continue and so will the panic attacks. go to an er and someone can direct you on what the next step for you to take will be. do not kill yourself. there are other options believe me. having a good support system as well as a psyhciatrist who can diagnose you are a good start. good luck to you.
