Im taking to much meds please help!?!

..That's how Heath Ledger died. I'd be careful. Talk to your doctor about it, tell him/her your concerns.
Take control of your own regimine. Doctors nowadays, prescribe meds to make a killing on the insurance. They don't give a rip about you. If you died making them money, that's ALL they care about.
Some of these meds conflict with each other. Read the labels. Due to the current scandal in the prescription drug industry, these labels may be misleading. So,
Go to www.webmd.com, and you can look up each individual drug, and see which is conflicting with which. Then, decide which conflicting medication to ween yourself off of. You don't take yourself off of all of them at once. You cut your doses a little at a time.
Also, your personal habits may be a problem. Do you eat regularly and properly? Do you drink water? Are you doing things that you KNOW darn well aren't good for you? Meds that specify eating before taking, are you eating before taking them? Do you take illegal drugs besides?
Do you fill your mind with junk by reading and watching trash? Garbage in, garbage out! What about the people you hang out with? Are they good for you?
And, do you know Jesus?
Try getting cognitive therapy, especially from a therapist who treats people with pain. They can help you learn different techniques for managing your symptoms.
When are you taking prozac? I slept better when I took it in the morning. I would wean off the ativan first, unless you are super anxious. There is otherwise no reason to be on the ativan and vicoden at the same time.
Can you get admitted to a psychiatric unit on a hospital? They can work more closely with you to find the right medications. There are also hospitals where you go in for the daytime only. Can you get into one of these?
Also, you are very underweight for your height. Are you getting adequate nutrition and exercise (but not too much)?
Discuss your concerns with your doctor and therapist. Are you addicted to the drugs or only dependant? These medications seem to overlap so I would try to get down to only a couple. But take it slow.
In the meantime, think about stuff you can do to make you feel better. You can volunteer, learn to crochet hats for cancer patients, join a fitness center with a swimming pool, watch an inspiring movie.
