The old hag?!
Question: how come people think that sleep paralysis has a perfectly good explaination and its all mental and physical health, ok then why does everyone see the same old hag and have the same feelings of dread and same kind of experiences with her? the old hag has been seen by thousands upon thousands of people, she was in one of my dreams b4 I even heard about the old hag syndrome or sleep paralysis, then I come accross something about and it fit perfeclty, isnt the old hag real in some sense if so many different people see her?

its because people choose to deny or ignore what they don,t understand
You have a good point, but what can you do? It will drive you insane if you think and worry about unseen forces watching and plotting harm against you.
I sympathize with you because for the past several years I've been a sufferer of sleep paraysis. I have never seen the hag though.
