It seems to indicate an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. At the base of these are uncontrollable feelings of anxieties.

This may be due to a overproduction of adrenaline - the worry hormone - due to an underlying metabolic disorder, that can be treated by nutritional means.

Most people with OCD are positive to a test for hypoglycemia.

Please test yourself with the

The Nutrition-Behavior Inventory Questionnaire (NBI) at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/...

and the

The Hypo Quizz at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.org/hypo_test.as...

If you score high your problems may be due to hypoglycemia. This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet.

No, it sounds like you really do have OCD. Seek treatment and it will all be better.

why would you need an eraser for your skin ?

well if your scared of diseases or you think you're dying all the time, you're a hypocondriach (misspelled i know). other than that, yes, it sounds like OCD.

Contact your local Psychologist or Psychiatrist for some treatment and help. From your explanations I concluded OCD right away.

possibly you would need a doc's evaluation to tell for sure but if you are simply a little fidgety then don't wrry.

I freak out at ppl all the time, have tons of friends who freak about diseases they don't have, and like evveryone i know pcks at their skin at least some.

my sis is ocd and you MIGHT be a little but you're borderline if so cuz you are definently not as extreme as her

**I also make lists for everything and save EVERYBODY"S email and fone #

Yes, it does seem like you have it. I have it too, but not the same symptoms. The good news is that it will go away over time as you get older.

not OCD >>> OCD is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

you would have an obsession such as germs and inorder to supress that your compulsion would be to wash your hands a lot (just an example as OCD comes in many different forms)

heres a list of OCD symptoms:
http://www.webmd.com/anxiety-panic/under...

you may have mild depression or what not judging by the last two things you mention but it's probably nothing>>> everything you list is normal unless it is affecting your life, for example if you have to make list of everything before you start anything and it takes up hours of your day then its a problem, another example is if your so scared you may die that you start to refuse to leave your house or bed or drive in a car it is affecting your life, so it is a problem>>> if you have anything like that, that affects your life then I would talk to your parents or a school counsler about it. They will be able to help and advise you as to what you should do next. ie: treatment and what not.
Good Luck!

ADD: ps: these people are idiots trust me they don't know what OCD is obviously! look up the definition at least before you trust any of these peoples opinions>>> I personally do not have OCD but I have studied it at length along with other personality disorders.

You sound like you might have a bit of dermatillomania (compulsive skin picking), which is sort of like OCD but is an Impulse Control Disorder. Do you sometimes feel relief when you pick at your skin or other things, and when you don't you begin to feel anxious and start to do other things similar to skin picking (i.e picking at erasers)?
You should look into it.

You ask the question....then in your additions you type ITS NORMAL to the answers suggesting it may be OCD. Seems you're arguing with yourself.... Good news, if it is OCD, it can be treated. One response gave you lots of good sites to check out, go for it. And good luck.

seems like OCD to me! as someone who has it...i have similar things that i do. i have to have things in 2's. like M&M's. if i end up with an odd one, i break it in half to make 2.
i get feelings of dread and worry about things that might not happen all the time.

my shrink told me once that OCD is the result of your life being out of control. you control the things you do when you have OCD. it's like the only thing you CAN control. when your life gets back to normal, the OCD gets less & less.
see a therapist and/or a shrink. good luck to you!
