I think i've started seeing things, what should i do?!

Question: Visual or auditory hallucinations are indicators of fairly serious mental health issues. This is something your mental health professional needs to know today. If you don't have a psychiatrist or psychologist you're seeing, contact your regular doctor.

Seeing or hearing something that isn't there for anyone else can even pose physical danger to you when you react to it.

It's not a big deal, it's kind of like a dream only while you're awake.
I've often seen something that wasn't there and I had to do a double-take to see that it wasn't really there.
Unless your seeing things happen before they happen, I've done that too, especially in dreams.
I don't think it's a big deal though.
