Which is stronger, ativan or xanax?!
Question: I have been on klonopin. Bad reaction to it. I have taken ativan and xanax, but it has been so long that I can't remember. Please help me. Thank you!

After long use of Xanax, I prefer Ativan.
Xanax is known to bring you way up really fast but then, instead of gradually letting you down it just drops you. Often times making you feel worse than you did before.
Ativan takes you up, not quite as high, but levels you out so there isn't any "coming down."
Also Ativan last about 6 to 8 hours whereas Xanax is around 4 to 6 hours.
I think Xanax, but it would also depend on the Mgs
ativan.
i always preferred xanax...ativan never seemed to work
