An easy way of snapping yourself out of a blue mood?!

Hmm, try excersizing. It gets the blood flowing and usually takes me out of a bad mood.

This is the season for the blues . Pretty soon spring will be here the flowers will be blooming and you will be able to go outside and enjoy the sunshine. The best advice I can give you is go for a walk or to the mall or something even if you don't have the money to shop you can check it out. Best Wishes .

Smile and tell yourself, "I am happy".
Put on some good, relaxing music. Or you could get yourself involved in a good book. But i would suggest exercising is the best way to lighten up your day...it doesn't have to be an intense workout...just get up and go for a little walk...exercising releases endorphins in your brain which will make you feel happy and put you in a better mood.
