Can't help but cry?!

Question: In my choir class, we sing a very sad song. It reminds me of my dog that died 2 and 1/2 years ago, and today was the first day we sang it. I couldn't help but start to cry, and it made me fell a ton better. However, once the song was over, and I wanted to keep crying to let it all out, I couldn't really that well, even if I kept thinking about it. Any tips on how to keep crying and release all that pressure?

Crying can be good for it released heaps of stuff out of the system. Maybe this was not only the sorrow for your dog that got out.

Triggers to unload some tears can be extremely emotional movies. Sad movies can become too depressive, but find something that suits you.

Sing the song again.

If you want to cry about this dog, try looking at old photos or home movies with you and the dog.

either let it all out you will feel better or even think of all the good times you had with your dog

Don't force yourself to cry hon, just let it happen when you feel moved to do so.Thats the best way.

talk to someone. there is nothing wrong with crying! you are still grieving and there is no spacific time that it will take for that to happen the best thing to do is cry and talk to someone you trust and are close to. try your parents that is what they are there for or a friend.
