Hypochondriac?!
Question: So this is my story. I always think I am a diabetic. I currently have symptoms like dry mouth and frequent urinination, but it comes and goes. Had my sugar checked several time between 2005 and 2007, and its 100% normal. No other medical causes have been found? Am I crazy or suffereing from some sort of anxiety?

Well, hypochondria is an anxiety disorder. It's the fear of having an illness. Fear=anxiety. Anxiety doesn't make you crazy.
You can physically make yourself sick by thinking it. The brain can do strange things. It would explain why you're experiencing symptoms. Another thing, those symptoms are pretty general, and you just put too much focus on them being symptoms of diabetes.
Anti-anxiety medications can help, as well as therapy. The most effective would be a combination of both.
Don't worry you're not suffering alone in this.
To me it sounds like you mouth feels "dry" then you drink something and then have to urinate.
Next time you think you have "dry mouth" chew some gum instead.
It does sound like anxiety. See your doctor.
