Yes. It's called dyscalculia. http://www.dyscalculia.org/

I have the same exact problem in History type classes and I am in 10th also. I am not sure what is wrong though. Sorry.

Yes -- that actually is a specific learning disability -- I'm not sure exactly what it's called.

Ask your school counselor -- he/she can tell you more about that or help arrange an assessment for you with a specialist.

I had that same difficulty -- the numbers would get all mixed up when I would read them, and I have difficulty dialing telephone numbers unless I can hear the tones of each button.

But don't worry -- you can still be very successful in life even if math is hard for you.

You're not stupid, and in fact you might have a very high IQ. Even Albert Einstein had a hard time in math.

I'm in tenth, only I have the exact opposite! I'm only good at math! So that means you need to work hard on math like I do everything else. I get straight A's most of the time, although I'm not doing to good right now (I have a B in English!). Good Luck!

Yes cause dyslexia specializes in mixing up numbers and words which effects your math.

discalculia is what is called.

yes, my son is in 5th grade and has dyslexia and as he has learned to 'OVERCOME' many of his dyslexic reading issues we still struggle in math. We have a tutor and we use graph paper for math ANYTHING.

good luck
