How to change a negative mind set into a positive one?!

You can't and shouldn't try to change who you are.

If you have problems that are generating negativity, you have to deal with them or find a common ground to cope with them. You can't just give yourself a "metaphysical labotomy" and make it all better.

It is a hard thing to do once your mind is in the negative.
Start off by thinking about trying to find at least one positive thing about each situation.

Ie.... It may be raining, but at least it isn't snowing. It is snowing, but at least it isn't a blizzard.
