I can't be Frank I'm Ichigo

I do many things to control my anger

Punch/Shout into pillow

Squeeze Stress ball

Play a sport like tennis against a wall...I can't win and I can hit as hard as i want or table tennis same thing

Other sports that work...are billiards or bowling

Try video games...especially first person shooters you can shout at the people you kill

Or if you are in a social setting and need to control your anger store it inside...and then blow up when you are alone with that video game or sport I just mentioned

psh once i know something that works i'll let you know

count to 10... lol watch some stand up comedy if you're laughing you're not angry

When I know I'm getting angry I force myself to think about anything that I want to say or do before I say it or do it.

just don,t let people get to you .............think about it before you blow your top !...............or walk away !!

i remind myself of all the damage i did before when i acted out of anger,,breathe,,then find a solution

when ever i get anger i will go alone to room or somewhere and try to forget about that movement.
or just chat with frndz who can make me smile

It is very difficult to control once angered. Walk away silently from that place or get away silently from that situation.

Once you have experience with your anger you will understand the triggers. avoid them.

It depends on the situation, usually I use my mind and try to talk out the situation until the situation is settled. Other times I walk away and when I am alone or with a friend I complain about the situation a little bit, talk it out with myself and resolve it in my mind and for me it is over. I am not the kind of person who dwells on a problem, life is just too short. I like to be happy so I let go easily. It is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

i have some anger issues when i was a child.. but now i am adult and sometimes i still get angry. when i start getting angry, i usually stop what i am doing and take a deep breath of air. just take things aside and deal with the later. i sometimes take a shower to calm myself down.

smashing a piece of expensive object!!!...You will regret it so bad...you wont do it again...Next time you will try to control you anger the best you can.... good luck

The same way you control anxiety, you ignore it. Both are normal emotions, but they are just feelings intended to assist your conscious mind in figuring out what is going on.

If you can figure out what is causing the emotions and work on understanding the situation which is causing them, then the emotions are no longer required.

As you get older and have more experiences e.g. kids who scream around a lot, you will gradually learn to deal with different things and become more accustomed to overcome your emotions.

Also strong emotions can cause your body to react in undesirable ways e.g. palpitations, sweaty palms, chest pain, blood rushing to your face and it may become necessary for your to quickly control your emotions before your body's reaction escalates.
