I have a really hectic life....how can i reduce my stress?!

Question: my life seems to be to full. im not getting any time to myself any more and seem to be getting more and more stressed. im in training for boxing and it seems to have taken over my life. i do love it. i started it when i was four and when i was 10 i was offered a scholarship and sponsorship. so i get all my training, medicals, equipment and everything paid for. i spend 6 months of the year in australia, 2 in the US and 4 in the Uk and it has all got on top of me. im really unsettled and im 16. this is what my daily routine is and suggestion on how to cut the stress?
7am- start training with my persoanl trainer in the gym
10am- college
12am- is training (usually running based)
2pm - sparing
4pm- break
6pm physio/ and once a week medical exam
7pm - college work
8pm- is gym
and then it is what ever i can be bothered to do which normally isn't much. im so stressed out it is unbelivable my friends have nothing worry about but everyone is pushing me so much i think im going to snap

sometimes just for ourselves you need to take a day out for yourself but if it just is not feasable then after your hectic day put the slow jamz in the radio draw a warm path fold a towel behind your head and bask in the bubbles till your wrinkly as a prune i promise it will help

Even if you are really busy, for you to avoid being stressed out, find time to relax by being alone and think of positive things...

Your schedule sounds unreasonable.
Time to request less hours, less intensity, or both
State your need for time to yourself
So that you can perform to your best,
otherwise, continuing as you are is going to cut into your effectiveness.

You don't get what you don't ask for.
Maybe a 16 yr old is too young to work such a strenuous schedule.
