Lavender is natures sedative, buy some lavender essential oil and put a couple of drops in a spray bottle full of water, shake and spray into your bedroom or buy a lavender filled pillow.
Have a bath before bed, weirdly it makes your body temperature drop, mimicing the bodys' response to rest so you might fall asleep more eaily and hopefully your muscles will feel a bit more relaxed
You can buy herbal teas which contain sleep-promoting herbal blends
take a sleeping tablet
think really hard about staying awake and youll fall asleep in five mins, ALWAYS works
lie on the edge of the bed, you will soon drop off
Take some kind of sleeping aid. I am on seroquel to help me sleep whenever I want to.
try waking up really early in the morning.. then wen u feel like you wanna take a nap, endure it.. save it for later and im sure u will be able to sleep early with this method.
stay up late the night before so the next day you will feel like going to bed early

I cant either I was tired earlier I fell asleep in bed here for about an hour then I woke up with no big loss of time you can I'M me if younwabt to talk I am still up tonight and I Had a procedure at the VA pain clinic today they injected a type of fluid into my joint area to replace the natural Field that would be there normally and that is what they are trying to do.I hope that the next injection is the third one and the final open before they start on the other Hip and then the back area. I have been watching these Red Losster Commerical and I want to go out to eat there I have to go back the Pain Clinic Nest Tuesday and I have next week to take care of my bills and then see what I have to spend on going out man I want to go there so bad I would need a date first though
