Why am I so anit social and on meds for depression and anxiety?!

Question: Why?

Answers: Why?

I'm not sure why. Maybe it's genetics, maybe it's the way you were raised, maybe it's a combination of different things. The better question is, if you don't want to be that way, how can you change? Are there times that you're stronger than your problems? When does that happen? How does that happen? How can you build on those times of strength?

Good luck,

i am reading this book called The Four Agreements....its a cool little book in helping people live a happy life. I have suffered from anxiety and depression although I am far from anti social....just the opposite. Good luck

It's your brain chemistry. Or possibly the fact that you spend half your time trying to communicate with dead people. Either way, I advise getting outside and enjoying the physical world for what it is. You'll kick off soon enough. Don't waste your life looking for answers in graveyards and number sequences.
