Help me im so over this chicks drama?!
Question: My bipolar girlfriend and I broke up about 6 weeks ago, I had alot of my stuff over at her apartment and when we broke up she gave most of it back but not all of it... I have emailed her several times and asked for her to put my stuff in the office and have them call me when they get it so I can pick it up... she never responds so last friday i went over to get it... she yells thru the door "If you dont leave im calling the cops" so I just leave then today I send her a email asking for my stuff and she sends me an email saying "Zach I hope I will never hear from you again because I have filed a
restraining order against you so you can't come within 100 feet of Jacob
and I, and you won't be able to email and call me, nor will you be able
to email or call any of my friends or family members. If you do, you
will be arrested.
Please don't contact me again. Consider this fair warning."
All im trying to do is get my stuff, does she really have a chance at getting a restraining ordr

Well, she is just doing this because she is hurt.
You need to speak with an officer of the law because if she is holding your belongings, the officer can help you to get your stuff back. Bring the law on your side and get your stuff back and once you get it back, inform her that she doesn't have to worry about seeing you again because all you wanted were your things, what belongs to you.
Get over it, and cut your losses. I'm also bipolar, so don't make all bipolar people out to be nuts. Anyways, back to what I was saying. Cut your losses because your not going to get your things back unless you take a cop to her house then she will have no choice but to give it to you.
Take it to court. Anyone with half a brain will realize she's an idiot
you would have most likely been notified if she had a restraining order out, you're best bet is to call your local courthouse's civil dept. And they'll be able to tell you. While you have them on the phone tell them the situation and they'll be able to direct you to the cops or someone who'll escort u to her apartment and help you get your stuff back
,please the girls a nut job///// call the police and go to your nearest Justice of the peace and have a council go with you and have a order to get it with the council there and if she wouldn't let you get your stuff press charges on her whackey ***, good-luck
Unfortunately, 9 tenths of the law is possession. Unless you have receipts and proof that they are your items you can not do anythying. If she got a restraining order you would have a copy too. She's lying. Call the police however and tell them the situation. They might be able to escort you there to retrieve your things. Otherwise, sadly, consider this a major learning experience and put it behind you. We all have similar stories about losing possession to crazies.

whoaa she's crazy. Just go to her house when she isnt homeee lol jk just tell the ploice but I'm sure if she put a restraining order on u you'd be notified. How else will u know besides that email she sent you. What does she have thats yours? Shes probly just huer and want wants to keep it for centimental reasons if ya know what im sayiinnnnn soooooo yeahhhhh
