How do u get diagnosed with hypochondria?!

I am not a doctor, but in my personal opinion a psychologist would be the best. That is what they specialize in. A therapist is good if you wanna talk and try to work it out. A Psychiatrist can perscribe medication. It depends on what you are wanting to do..... just speak with someone or try meds.
