What can I do to get over my past?!
Question: I have done some crazy things in the past and it really bothers me . I wish I could've have been given a chance. I have thought about suicide several times but I know now that that is not the answer. I know I will not go to heaven if I were to. The things I have done in the past really really bothers me. Everyday I wake i feel so bad. In my dreams I feel the same way. What can I do to get over my horrible past ?

I went through that a year ago. I woke up one day and gave up. My old ways were not working, and I did nothing but followed other peoples advise.(respectable people and a therapist) The key thing to do is acceptance. Accept what you did. Second, is forgiveness. Without forgivng yourself, youll never move forward.
