Have lost it several times and plan on losing it some more. Meds can work, but sex drugs and rock n roll have always been my fav. hahah

yes i have i just try to go out to the beach and clear my head because i live right bye it i love it. try to get out and do sometime that you like maybe it will clear your head.

I get go away somewhere by myself and excercise and sleep and jog and swim and sleep, It usually comes back all by it's self.
