What are they?? I'm scared!?!


Question: Sometimes, out of no where, I start freaking out. First, I'll think, "what am I doing? I can't be here!" Then I'll look at the clock and think, " i can't be in here for 25 minutes! I have to go!" Then my stomach will get a nervous feeling and sometimes I start to feel warmer. It kind of scares me. I've been told I have anxiety by a professional. What should i do?

I think you might be having panic attacks. When you just start acting crazy for no reason, and you feel trapped or alone.

I'd suggest going to see your doctor and asking about medicine or alternative treatment for panic attacks. If none of that sounds good, just try to relax yourself. Do whatever calms you down whenever you begin to feel stressed out and want to leave wherever you are, I guess.

It does really sound like you have an anxiety disorder. Which is nothing to be ashamed about!!!! They have medicines that will help calm you down and help you manage your anxiety. I dont think its anything to be scared about but definitly go back to the doctor and ask him to prescribe you some meds for a trial run and see how they help you. Good luck!

Hi, sounds like a panic attack, it can be nipped in the bud with relaxation techniques like meditation. Also u need to start unloading some of the pressure which is the trigger cause to the unwelcome nasty feelings (adrenalin) if u work on it now it won't go any further like mine did, u have a golden opportunity to avoid a full melt down breakdown, try the doc first and see if you can get referred to a free CBT therapy group and google meditation, just 10 mins a night is fine.

Best to avoid meds unless it's so bad u can't function as they can give u a rough ride for a month or two whilst getting in your system and cause sleeplessness, yeah, i'm on em and weaning off.
