Why does this bother me?!
Question: ok. I was going with this boy. I rele loved him. But he forced me into things. That I didn't want to do. So we broke up. Now he acts like he doesn't care and he is going on with his life. And I don't want to be with him, but I feel sad that he's going on with things. How can I get him out of my head? It feels like everyone has someone but me. I know that is just depression talking, but I can't help it rele.

okay. I have been threw this, the same thing with my ex-boyfriend Jay S. and I am/was madly inlove with him, he has been dating this girl named Jessica, and I just think of all the bad things that he has forced me into and the bad things he has done too me so it makes me see that he is a bad person, and I really need to get over him and move on with my life also. But, mabey what will help you is just become really good friends with him it really helps I promise you that and if any of this dosen't work then I am SO sorry. =]?
You can hook up with another boy, hook up with him again, or relieve your anger by letting it all out on him. :)

try to hang out with your friends more to get your mind off of him.
if you feel excluded or like a third wheel because they have boyfriends then talk to them privatley and ask if they can give a little time everyday to hang out with you.
my friend broke up with her boyfriend who she thought she was going to marry after a year-long relationship.
that was hard for her to deal with and it put stress on me but she got through it and now she's doing good.
