Please don't I hope your doing ok. Do you have no one you can talk to?? I'm here for you!! ;)

Please don.t

I love you. And so do many other people..

Might want to get some therapy... u seem to be going a lil crazy.

Call the suicide hotline. And now.

pick up a phone, i dont mind talking

You need to contact the doctor who prescribed you these meds right away and advise him of the side affects it is having on you.
You don't want to die it is just you can't think straight right now.
I've been there too. Please see your doctor.

if you need someone to talk to, you can always email me
you should tell your parents about this too

please don't do this. You should not waste your life. Try to do something fun like bake some cookies and watch some good movies or funny shows on t.v. that will make you laugh real hard. A person like you does not deserve this. Stay strong. Many people love and care for you so please, I am begging you to not cut yourself! Everything will get better.

Don't cut you self no matter what! Your life will get better. Tomorrow talk to you doctor and parents and change to a medication that fits you better. Lastly you can e-mail me if you need to talk (or write) to someone.
Here is a suicide hotline number.
1-800-784-2433

Maybe you need a change of meds, but for now, don't cut! Call a suicide hotline if you need to. They have people you can talk to.

Don't cut! Don't do it!

God loves you and he did not plan for you to kill yourself. He wants you to make something out of yourself.

There are other ways! Think of your family and friends!

ok i would like find somthing to entretain yourself cos it sucks to die

u love doing that. think before u do
things. i hope u choose the right path.
best of luck in ur future.

hon you need more help than any of us can give u here. is there a hotline u can call right now and TALK to someone? I'm praying for u

Hon', I've had Emo friends. And even though you're probably not Emo, cutting is wacked. Okay? I hear voices all of the time mocking me, telling me awfull things that I should do to myself. Don't cut. Please don't.

You sound like either some young kid trying to get attention or else you are schizophrenic. Either way, you need to see your psychiatrist / psychologist. All the best.

So many people love you and care for you in the world that you might not even know cared so much! just relax and say a prayer that you get through this rough time. Everything is going to be alright!

you need to call your nearest crisis center are hospital,, don't you start cutting now go call and get help young lady and you might have to get admitted your meds need adjusted, now go call

Don't cut! Call a suicide hotline! they can help more than someone on line can

uhm... and you turn to yahoo answers? call a hotline... but in my opinion if you are posting this on the internet you probably aren't serious.... just looking for attention... everyone I've known and studied who were really suicidal didn't broadcast it to everyone.

There are multiple reasons why people self harm: only that person knows the real reason, and sometimes isn't even consciously aware of what that reason is. SHORT TERM: Try putting a wide rubber band around your wrist, (for a short time only, say, a few minutes at maximum) then stretch and release. Alternatively, hold an ice cube in both hands and grasp. Those people who are in a position to, recommend adding red food dye to the water beforehand, as the red drops from the melting ice add to the effect. Try cutting a favorite stuffed toy, or doll/action figure instead, feeling its pain, and then stitch it back up, or bandage it. Journalling thoughts and feelings, or expressing them through drawing or painting yourself can help. Red is a popular color in this activity. LONGER TERM: Set yourself the goal of going a short time without self harming, and without doing anything that helps, either, before finally doing something which helps you to cope. The next day, try for a little longer, and so on..........the longer you go, the more in touch with your emotions, and aware of the reasons why you self harm. The longer you go without self harming, the easier it gets. Those people who had tried journalling/drawing/painting before, but given them up as ineffective, may benefit from another go, at this point. The 5 relaxation techniques described on page 2, under: depression treatments, are often beneficial, but require daily practise, and sometimes overnight transformations happen, but results usually come from them in time, sometimes several days, sometimes several weeks, and they provide an understanding that there is another way of being, where there is no emotional pain. There are alternative methods for more physically inclined people, such as the muscle flexing and relaxing technique on page 2, or Tai Chi, or yoga. Also try the Emotional Freedom Technique, a kind of acupressure therapy, which Dr. Mercola provides free at http://www.mercola.com/ which has versions suitable for use in public, as well. It is important to get rid of any favorite implement used for self harming, as it has probably become a comforting ritual, and the extra time it will afford, gives you time to think about alternatives, instead of acting on impulse. Now would be a good time to do just that, if it is a safe hour to venture outside. Self injury causes a person to manufacture "body opiates", which, like other opiates, have the property of being addictive. Also like opiates, or alcohol, tolerance to their effect develops, but, instead of increasing the dosage, that person often finds that they have to cut more, and deeper, to achieve the same effect. Some time down the track, when they finally realise that it is not the way to go, they are confronted with a mass of scar tissue, and often, socially ostracised as well, and it can also limit job and promotion opportunities, not to mention the risk of infection, or damaging a blood vessel, in some cases. FOR CHRONIC SELF INJURERS ONLY!: When someone decides to give up using addictive drugs, like opiates, they have choices in the methods available. There are some people who will be able to give it up "cold turkey", but others, who have tried doing it that way, but failed, should consider tapering off slowly, over several weeks, just like one of the methods of treating opiate withdrawal: phased reduction. That person will need to have methods of coping in place, for if the urge returns. Consider seeking professional help; either through a doctor, asking to be referred for counselling, or locate a therapist yourself. ONLINE CHAT: http://www.careplace.com/ To help with reduction of scarring, Vitamin E cream is one of the cheaper, yet readily available products. Scarzone from Walgreens (US $12) has been highly recommended. Mederma is also one that I would try, but I am unaware as to whether it is prescription only, or an OTC product, like Scarzone, although I imagine it would not be cheap. See a dermatologist (skin specialist) about other solutions, like laser treatment. Contact one of the above, when you feel like harming yourself.

Dont do it.

it might seem to u that you need to but its not. think about the people that u care about. u need to tell some one.

i luv ya & god does too.

Cutting yourself won't make you feel any better. After you do it it will just make you feel guilty for doing it and the cycle will start all over again.

If I were you I would get my meds reviewed. If you are hearing voices, Efexor-ZR probably won't work since it is not an anti-pyschotic. You need something like Respiridol(respiridone) or Serequil. Both are anti-psychotics.

Efexor, without a mood stabilizer, is probably making you go somewhat manic. If you have not been truly diagnosed by a psychiatrist and are just going by what the GP says, than I would go for a second opinion. It is very hard to treat mental illness without a diagnosis, otherwise it is just guesswork and you are the guinea pig.

If you really are suicidal and you have come up with a plan that you are thinking you will do, I would go to the Emergency room ASAP. It really isn't scarey and they can help you find the help you need. Sometimes that is the only way to get in to see a psychiatrist, because the waiting list is so long. If you end up having to be hosptialized. Don't worry it isn't that bad and is kind of a vacation from the regular rigors of life.

The fact that you are on here asking for some help, tells me that you want to live and you don't want to hurt yourself. That is a great sign. I know that things can get really bad sometimes and all you can think about is how much you hurt, or how you wish you could just feel something. By feeling this low, you are feeling somthing, it just isn't enjoyable. Try to think of all the things that have been good in your life, even if they were fleeting.

I am sure you are a good person. You just need some help. Call a good friend, or look up a crisis line in your area. Things will get better, I promise!

Take a pillow and SCREAM into it.
And again.
Keep screaming into it ,until u can't scream anymore.
Have a cup of tea,and phone /talk to someone.
People DO care!
