Why do we humans love to hear scary stories??!

People are naturally attracted to experiences which net an adrenaline rush. Fear increases adrenaline. Hence, the attraction for some people.
adrenaline. People need adrenaline to "keep up with things" and getting scared causes a major adrenaline rush and it makes the body feel better sort of. or at least thats one way to look at it.
well, i like to hear them cause all the ones i hear dont even scare me.
