Sleeping trouble.?!

Question: I'm having a really hard time sleeping lately..
I've been told that I've been "acting wierd" by my boyfriend, and am feeling depressed. And I don't think its just being sad..
But I don't want to ask for help, and sound like I'm feeling sorry formyself..

I think I can deal with the "depression" and hopeit goes away, but any ideas on how to sleep better? Thanks

If you don't want to ask for help, we can't make you, but that is the best thing to do. You should see your regular family doctor and let him (or her) know how you're feeling.

For sleep, first try an all-natural product called calms forte - you can buy it at any drug store in the sleep aids section. It is non-habit forming, gentle, non-sedating, and I recommend it to everyone who comes to me with sleep issues. Best of all, it does not leave you with that "drugged" feeling when you wake up!

Good luck!

(By the way, some people confuse valerian and Valium, believing that their similar names imply that they are somehow related. They are not. Valium is a synthetic drug, a member of the benzodiazepine family, while valerian is derived from a plant. They are not vaguely related though they act similarly on the brain.)

A glass of red wine before bed really helps me. Also, you could get some Valerian. It is an herb taken from the same plant they make Valium from. Take it an hour before bedtime. Both work for me. HOpe it helps.

Try Lunesta.

lavender bath before you go to sleep

well is your room messy?? they say when your room is a mess you dont fell as conferable as you would if it was clean. if you go to bed at 1000 (example) at 930 put a glass of milk out and let it get warn. it may sound gross but it helps.
hope you sleep better!!!
Brooke :)
