I keep a very detailed things to do list?!

Question: I am crazy about it. It is a word doc and I keep it for the entire week. Adding things and deleting things throughout the day / week as I remember them.

Is this a bit OCD?

I'll tell you something though I never forget a thing.

What you are doing are what many professionals recommend to get things done. That is an excellent habit. When other people have issues about getting things done, share with them what you do. And if they say "it's a bit OCD", who cares? You are getting things accomplished! Good for you.

Maybe I should do this, cause I forget everything, even the list I make ;o) It might be a tad OCD, but no biggie.

I would say a bit of a perfectionist. Me, too, though.

OCD only from the perspective that it could be a co-occuring disorder of a mental health primary diagnosis. Then of course,it could be something you love to do and will write an autobiography of your life at some point in order to be heard.

I think it is OK as long as you don't beat yourself up if you do not complete everything on the list.
As long as this list is not interfering with other areas of your life it keeps you organized. If this is replacing other activities, you may want to recognize that this could be a problem.
