I don't know what to do anymore..?!

Question: What should I do?
I just started at a new school a few weeks ago, I'm under so much stress.
I'm not doing good in school, even though I'm trying really hard.
My parents got separated a few months ago.
My best friend just turned her back on me and won't talk to me anymore, because i'm a sophomore and I'm dating a freshman.
I have this weird feeling inside.. like I don't want to leave my room, I feel so shaky and nervous, and then I get really warm, and sometimes i breath really heavy, and try to hold in crying.
Sometimes I just burst out crying and I have no idea why. And I don't cry often.. so that says a lot.
Should I talk to my dad, and ask to go to therapy or something, or am I having panic attacks or what should I do?

Go to Jesus. He can help you. He's better than any therapy, medicine or anything. He's ready to help you at any time. I used to be depressed and I used to just burst out in crying and I used to ask "Why? Why?" all the time, every day.

I'm not trying to be all holier-than-thou and if I sound like that, you have my deepest, truest apologies.

God bless,

oh im so sorry- i know how it feels to start at a new school. i would suggest getting a tutor for some help in your schoolwork- i have one, and she helps SO MUCH. i think that you might be having anxiety attacks, which are much alike panic attacks. my brother gets them sometimes. a therapist might be a good idea, just to get things off your chest. as for your parents, i'm sorry, but theres not much you can do. if you need help, feel free to message me!!!
when one of my friends started dating a freshman, everyone made fun of her for a while, but we forgot about it eventually. if you really like him, stand up for him.

That is a lot of big changes in a small amount of time! I think it is normal to feel overwhelmed in your situation.

Yes, if your parents are OK with it, it would be a good idea to see if you could get into counseling -- even if it's only for a short time while you are in these big transitions.

If your school has a counselor you could talk to her/him also. They might be able to help you with the school-related stuff -- and maybe could suggest an outside therapist that could help you.

There are a variety of ways that you could use to help get yourself to feeling better -- and you deserve that.

its anxiety i know how you feel it sucks but you just have to move on think about the future not the past good luck hope you feel better
