never discriminate them.give them small jobs that u think they can handle...make them feel they also have some value in the family.they r jus like kids....

ya! but there is a solution. Once you came to know that he/she is mental, first of all we should not hurt them, secondly we should handle them with patience.
Its very hard, just don't let him screw you, don't be root to him, just be firm, and try to make him happy!
It would be a good idea to talk to his doctor he could give you info that will help you.
remember all the time! he's in pain!
