I am a little scared of hugs what can i do about it? please help?!

me neither... I've never been a particularly huggy person but once in blue moon I'd hug someone and it feels perfectly natural and comfortable.. such as hugging a dear friend you haven't seen in a long while. Hugs from complete strangers freak me out.
I'm the same way. I can't say I love you. it's weird.

It's not weird. I feel the same way. I just don't like to be touched unless it's by someone I am particularly close to. Actually I think it's kind of weird when people who barely know me feel the need to hug me. Yuck!
Its just like any phobia, the more you do it the less you will be afraid of it.
My wife was deathly afraid of IVs and needles of any kind, but after completing 2 pregancies with C-sections she is no longer afraid of needles.
All in all you may never love hugs (my wife still does not LOVE needles) but you can learn to cope with fears by facing them head on
