How can I adapt to loneliness and depression ?!

Question: Make friend with yourself first, be comfortable to be alone. Find things that you like to do, eg swimming, cycling, read a book, surf the net.

For depression, try to let go of old hurts and pains. Look at the bright side of life and be positive. Nobody will remain miserable forever, in life there sure tend have ups and downs.

I used to be like you too - but now I have learnt to be independent and be happy by myself. I've also overcome depression. During depression, it is very painful as I was in deep pains and hurts. But life still has to go on, so the only way is to let go.

Buddhism also helps me a lot in healing myself. You can try to log on to :-

Take care and get well soon!

I dont think anyone can adapt but you can find a hobby, workout or maybe go see a therapist if it is severe.

It depends how you mean "adapt"
Nobody should accept it as being the only option.
If you mean "adapt" as in, you want to change your strategies in dealing with it then maybe check out www.thelowdown.co.nz or seek help from a close friend or proffessional. Its a very natural thing to experience and many others go through it every day.
Best of luck and i hope the future will start looking bright for you! :)

get motivated about other things and that will take it off your mind. Learn how to love yourself and learn more about yourself in your free time alone you just may disover things you never knew!

Get a social life...you dont need noone to hang out with talk to the other lonely people at the bar, social gathering, movie theatre, concert, karoke night, and etc. You can become friends with them and never be lonely again! :)

you don't adapt to it, because it's not something you have to have or have to live with in your life. Go see a psychiatrist, I know its hard to do at first but it is so much better, it sets you free.

Lots of alcohol always works for me.
