Question: im siriouse i get in trouble for every thing even if i didnt do it, i held an eraser and i got in trouble i wasnt even tearing at it like i usually do but its not a big deal and i get in trouble for it even though my teacher sees some guy biting his nails and only is trying to get me. and the lunch ladies sircle around my table and allow kyler to tell on me for the stupidest thing like if i was pealing the skin of an orange or accidently shoved her. and the school conseler goes through my desk when im at resses i went back in and saw it. then the prinsable comes to my class dayley not kidding and takes notes on what im doing im sirious e every time i do something new. they scare me i come home run to my room lock the doors and windows now i hate them. (im not a good speller)

I am glad you acknowledge that your spelling could be improved. Seriously I know you are young but not everyone is totally focused on you, unless you have done somethings or made some threats leading them to be concerned for your well being. I really don't get the pealing the skin from the orange as something to be told off about.
I think you need to relax and discuss your concerns with your mum, tell her that you feel like everyone is watching you and targeting you. My guess is you need to see a specialist who can help you sort through the things that are of a concern to you.

Well, you may have a case of paranoia, or that is just really messed up. Either way, you should tell your parents about it.
i feel sorry for you well it do you wear something that looks like the bad kids would wear ?? You Could Go and sue the school or something if these people do bad stuff to you do bad stuff back
As a mental health professional with 20+ years experience, now retired, I can tell you that these people may not hate you as much as they don't like some things you do. You may be innocent of the things you think they're charging you with, but they've seen a pattern of some behaviors that you are not telling us here, and, as a result, as is usual, they are expanding their "surveillance" or watchfulness of you in order to find the source of all the problem behaviors they are noticing with you. It's like going to the source of the problem so they can identify it and correct it. It's a very adult thing to do, and most young children, and even teenagers, don't understand that. But you will as time goes on. Be patient. God Bless you.
Have you done anything for them to think you might have a mental illness, or have you told them you are on medications for your behavior? If so you could sue them for harrassment.
But if that isn't the case, it sounds like you need to talk to your doctor. It sounds like you may have a treatable behavior problem. There are medications and therapies, and even special schools if your parents can prove you are not getting an appropriate education.
It does sound like you may have a disability like adhd or aspergers.Check with your doctor. If so the school has to work with you and your parents to give you the chance to succeed.
