Check with your pharmacist to be sure, but it sounds like early side effects, which usually go away in 2-3 weeks, although may reoccur with each dose increase.

When I was on Prozac and Luvox (another drug in the same category), I had nausea, fatigue, headache for about 2 weeks in the beginning and with each dose increase, although toward the end, they would raise the dose and I wouldn't be as sick as long.

Hmm.. Don't really know what to tell you about the way you're feeling. I was on Prozac for a while for depression and anxiety and it didn't do a damn thing for me so they took me off and put me on something else.
I think the giggling when angry may just be in your head, especially since you were only on it for one week. With SSI's like Prozac, it can take up to 4 weeks before you start to notice anything.

Prozac has worked wonders for me.
