Go to the dr. as planned. Frequent urination is easily controlled with Oxybutin, a very affordable prescription.
All the aching can be related to depression. Also, if you're not moving around much during the day because of depression, that's going to make you start aching. You're in your 30s now, things start to ache & fall apart, it's age-appropriate.
It's time, at your age, to just shrug your shoulders & laugh at your "physical imperfections/disfigurements" like the finger & flat feet. Everyone develops stuff like that, and it will continue as you age. Get used to it and develop a sense of humor.
You may need therapy, but you really need medication. Xanax relieves the anxiety, paranois, fear of mixing with people, and it is also a very cheap prescription.
Keep your appt. this week.

You also have RQS, repetitive question syndrome. How many more times will you be posting this?

Dude, you have to stay away from doctors....for starters. Go see if there's any free counseling services in your area to work through these issues.

You see the diabeties test prooves that its not all bad
you know the song "you have to accentuate the positive Eliminate the negative latch on to the affirmative and dont mess with Mr inbetween"

Big hug xxx Sometimes everything goes wrong, another day everything seems great. I had a problem with my front tooth for years and wouldn't smile because of it. Turned out getting it fixed was easy and I should have done it years ago. If you have never worked, do you not get free dental care? You could tell them it was affecting your ability to eat properly. As for the frequent urination have you ever tried quitting coffee/caffine? I know a few people who thought they were becoming incontinent and it turned out they were just overly sensitive to caffine. Isolating yourself is not a great idea, most people get depressed if they isolate themselves and don't talk to their friends and family for a while. I would say, you are building everything up in your mind from lots of smaller problems into one overwhelming feeling that nothing is or can go right for you. Try concentrating on one problem/solution at a time, don't forget all the good things you have going for you, or nice things that people have done or said. Socialise as much as possible - people are far too busy worrying about what you think of them, to spend much time thinking about what they think of you. Good luck :-)

I had quite a few similar problems to yourself but I changed because I looked around me and saw other people with problems far worse than myself.
You have to stop complaining about what is bad in your life and start living it, merely existing is wasting your life and too soon it will too late to do anything about it and you will spend your old age regretting it.

well are you taking any antidepressants? That sounds like a good lace to start. Depression can trigger all kinds of aches and pains. Will also manifest into other things. Anger management problems, low self esteem, paranoia, anxiety.
Evidently you have suffered a huge tragedy to have been diagnosed with PTSD. That's is hard to deal with, but you have to do it just one day at a time, or brake it down if you have to, to a half a day at a time. Brake it more if you have to. But you will find a time that you can make it through and feel that you have accomplished something. Once you have accomplished something you feel good about yourself. That will make you feel better about other things. You have to take things one at a time. You didn't get this way overnight so its not going to clear up overnight.
We all have imperfections of some sorts. Learn to overlook them as you have over looked others imperfections.
If you have been in an accident that you were severly injured, you probably have some arthritis that has set up where your injuries were. Try Ibuprofen good anti inflamatory. May need Rx for pain, but use with caution. With your depression you may not find any Doc that will give it to you.
Try going to a dental college for you dental problems. They are just as good and a hole lot cheaper.
Your manlyhood is only an inperfection to you. I mean you dont have to show it around until you get into a loving, devoted relationship. Have trust & faith. She will understand.
Most of all do whatever you need to do to get out of this funk you are in.
Ask for government assistance for housing. Show that you can be productive by doing something,,,anything,,and you will feel better.
One thing at a time.
I wish you the best

Be here now in this moment, and tell me whether there is a problem.

I also suggest dropping this story you tell yourself, in favor of being present.

EVERY ONE has problems imperfection yeah i have them too but that doesn't stop me from being happy. what i usually did when ppl made me feel lower then dirt i quivered in the corner now i just let go in one ear and out the other.
i have fingers that don't point straight cause i cracked my fingers when i was younger but that didn't stop me from getting the best job i have ever had.... a cashier and a major retailor all over america. there are ppl out there that's not so friendly but that doesn't stop me.

Just for one day stop looking inwards and try to look outwards, you seem so stuck in your body that your noticing every tiny thing that me or someone else just really wouldn't, you sound like you need to work on your confidence too, why dont you get yourself out of that flat and socialise with other people and i guarantee they wont see half the things you see that's wrong about yourself!! Give yourself a break what are your positives we ALL have them, are you going to all these docs and hospitals for something to do?? Change it its like its habit for you, your finding things that dont exist, get yourself a life mix more and you will see the difference, its funny when someone is really happy their looks do change when their miserable they look totally s!@t and miserable.
Change something its a start, good luck and i bet your not half as bad as what your saying and who cares, were ALL different it would be a boring world if we werent xx
