Bipolar people.... how are your manic episodes?!
Question: i'm curious how others are when they're manic. and how long do the episodes last? i used to have long periods of depression, but as I get older, i'm 27, it seems my depressive episodes are shorter. i seem to be switching to longer manic episodes. and yes, i take my meds. anyone else gone thru something similar?

My manic episodes have always gone mixed real quick. I don't have any luck swinging out of one. Have needed medical help to slam the brakes on all manic episodes. I try real hard to stay away from that portion of the mood spectrum cause it is so destructive to me.
Annoying, no one believes me when I say I'm happy anymore :( or they just think its temporary...
it's like a month of grinding gears to try to get on a highway entry ramp, then finding a gear and then kindof forgetting about the previous month - 'why was that such a big deal? i feel fiiine' - yeah.. and the 'gear' has lasted anywhere from a day to up to a few days
i'm not on meds - not technically diagnosed either
