I really have a problem. Please help me.?!


Question: ok, so i have been developing a binge eating disorder.
and it's not full out but it's there
i had anorexia and it depresses me that i'm still underweight
so i eat a lot
and then i feel fat, and don't eat anything
and feel skinny and binge again.
and don't gain any weight really.
but it's really begining to send me into depression
and i know this sounds lame, but i really need help
because i can't take this any longer
so if you have any advice or a hotline or someone i could talk to, even if i can talk to you, it doesn't matter..
i can't talk to my parents.
so please help me.

I have a friend with your same problem...Just eat regular healthy foods and good full meals.That will keep you in shape but not too skinny.Hope I helped!XD

Ok well ,i just typed into the box at the bottom of this reply box it is a red Y, then i typed into this box eating disorders and, it takes you to a page where articles are about eating disorders are displayed. Off to the right side their is a support group.! i hope that if you learn about each of these problems ,you will be able to balance things out.!! Sorry if this isn't too much help but it is worth a try right???GOOD LUCK!

The Phone book has numbers in your town for agencies that help with such situations...they are usually located on the first page of your phone book.
This can require some sort of intervention with help from a psychologists or someone in that field. Take the time to ask a counselor at your school or college for insight and information.

It sounds like the thing to do above all else is to learn to accept your body before you try to go on any diets. I know it sounds stupid but you should read some books on self-acceptance or talk to your doctor. And you absolutely have to be able to talk to your parents unless you know that they won't be supportive. They should understand because chances are they have gone through similar dilemas in their lives. If that is out of the question, which it shouldn't be, then try talking to your friends. And I also agree that you should eat a healthy, balnced diet. Don't overeat, and don't undereat. Make yourself eat normal portions at every meal until it becomes habit. But first of all, definately work out your emotional issues about your body or else you will have this problem for years. I wish I could help more.

Find a food pyrimid. Eating IS good, when you choose the right foods.
only TYPES of foods are bad. you actually burn more callories digesting celary than it has. Binging is not heathey. it will make your teeth nasty. DON"T weight your self!!! (smach that thing into peices along with mirrors, not really though)
what does weight really matter? i can maybe under satand looks but up to a point. and muscle weighs more than fat. At your last doctor appointent ask your doctor if your weight is normal. if they say it is, IT IS!!!
Eating is nessasary for life.
when Eating heathy foods and think to your self " I'm sure doing such a nice thing to my body" a junk food strict diet is al most im possible. its even on that food pyrimad. A little is OK!!

nothing to bing over. Do nice things for your self maybe take a small walk, pamper your self, buy some clothes you absolutly love wearing, and fit YOU can fit comfotably in them and think about how good you look.
