Whats the most creative way to force myself to actually getup at a certain time !


Question: I already got like 3 alarm clocks that go off, but somehow I'm always able to just quickly shut them all off and go back to sleep, even if one is placed on the opposite site of the room

How do you setup one of those buckets full of water that dump it all on your head at a specified time?

any other suggestions? I work evenings, but want to get up before noon, you know..

Don't get back in bed after you turn off the alarms.

You could try setting the clocks 15 - 20 minutes later than actual time, so you force yourself to get up on time.

what I do is at the moment I'm actually awake, I abandon the bed.... this is rather simple, and has to do with taking a day to be just like a lifetime

Make your alarm ringer your favorite song, and change it a lot.
Also, on the weekend buy a new outfit for monday so you can be excited to show it off, lol

Get 5 alarms and place them in random places all over your room. Have one go off every minute for five minutes. That way for five minutes you'll keep having to get up and turn them off. Make sure light can get through your window in the morning to help wake you up.
