Why do I attract the stalker-type?!
Question: Honestly, I've had 3 guys want me SOOO badly that it has scared me. It's not JUST intuition they've said it themselves. Like I'm not just saying this to "affirm my own brilliance" or blah blah blah. But it makes me wonder why?? Seriously.. what is it about one person that makes another person infatuated with them? Any insight?

Be careful, number 1 thing. But I think every girl has a few brushes with this type. Be careful you are not sending the wrong signals and leading them on. That might be the first step when they begin to get creepy, just confront them and tell them to knock it off and that it's just not happening. Hopefully this will head the situation off. I don't think it's any one type of person who attracts stalkers, it depends on the stalker's own personality. Very rarely do they have an accurate view of their object of affection, they instead make their crush into who they want the person to be. So these creeps that are hanging around, they see you as they want you to be and not who you are. It's not like you have a personality that attracts them. It may instead be that you are being friendly and they take it the wrong way, and you may not be letting them know in a clear manner that you are not interested. PS> sorry, I didn't mean to insinuate you were purposefully misleading them, I'm just saying make sure you tell them flat out (no sugar-coating) that what they are doing is not okay. That's all.
have no clue. just be careful. My sister had a stalker in College and he almost seriously hurt her.
That doesn't sound quite like a stalker, but if you are referring to guys who call you all the time and want to be with you 24/7, perhaps they are the type who want long-term relationships and you do not?
