Dealing with Stress?!

Question: I am not going to explain everything thats going on but
my job is screwing me all around stressing me out soo much.
I still live at home and hate every second of it but my mom cant afford the house so i give her $500 a month, that is the ONLY reason i am still here.
the rest of my family just expect me to deal with it and stay living here and deal with work they say i will be there for a long time just get used to it.
I have decided that i am moving out within the next month no questions asked.
I work for pepsi but its not all that, there is sooo much B.S. that goes on there. i am sick of it.
and no Girlfriend

I try looking at the positives
hay i have a job, place to live, car, and most important life itself
I dont drink / smoke.
but there is soo much stress
I am always thinking / worring about something
its been like this for about 3 years now
I never can just Relax
I'm to the point that i just want to move away and start fresh.

can i just get some pointers, advice, tips, anything?

The living arrangement I can't help much on. I think it is a good idea to move out, if you have brothers or sisters, it is their turn. I am so proud of you for not smoking or drinking !!! You know I have the same problem about thinking and worrying. But, I am alot better now. I think going to talk to a therapist is just what you need. Like at a Guidance Center, like I have said before I can not stress how much my therapist has done for me. Have you ever been prescribed Restoril ? It helps me if I get way stressed out. It calms me down and most of all calms my mind down. Somas help also. Ask your doctor what he thinks. They help me relax. You know I felt like my mind was like a lot a miniture people running around inside my head all the time. It not so much like that anymore. You don't really need a girlfriend right now anyway....now there is you some stress. I love being alone. I don't like someone butting into my business. So, that can wait, do you think so ? There is plenty of time for that, you have enough to deal with now. Check around about a therapist and do talk to your doctor. Ok? I really do pray that everything will work out for you. You sound like a great guy, just try to relax. Talk to a super good friend, go to the park when there isn't many people there. Go outside on a clear night and enjoy the sky and the stars and clouds, they are SO AWESOME!!!!! And you know what....DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL THINGS. OK!!!! I have a CD and the name of it is '" NATIVE SPIRIT". If you can find it, get a copy, it will relax you...I guarantee it. It is found in the World Music Section. God Bless You and I hope you find some Peace Of Mind !!!!!! If you do go talk to a therapist, LISTEN AND HEAR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING, YOU MAY FIND OUT SOME PRETTY INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT YOURSELF. AND MAY FIND A FEW RESOLUTIONS !!!!!

hey... I was really stressed out my first year of college, and I found that running really helped. If there's a track or gym close to you, you should take like an hour everyday for yourself and do a few laps. It really relieves you like you wouldn't believe.

Exercising can help majorly with stress. When you exercise, your body produces endorphins, which make you feel better and more lively. Good thing you're already doing is that you are saying what you're grateful for. Try to get your sleep and eat healthy. I'm sorry you're so stressed out - I was like that a few months ago, then I started swimming. It may seem like just one more thing to do, but it really makes you feel good. Good luck with that!

wow. it is really sad.
i am feeling like that too due to my school!!!
if you feel like that, i suggest you to find a new job.
i don't suggest you moving out thou, coz u know, moving can cause you much more stress.

how about you get a new job?

and move away if you're gonna feel better, surely your mum cant say no to your sanity?

To deal with the worrying, eliminate anything that makes you feel bad. Laundry got you down? paperwork to? DO IT straight away, this should take away alot of your stress....

Maybe if you wish to have a girlfriend GO to a bar or somewere with some friends...have a bit of you time while scouting for a possible lurrver!!

and most of all enjoy your life! this is all you have.
:)

alright, smart move on moving out, but keep sending your mom money through the mail because you dont want your mom on the street, and as for the stressful job, find another job while you are working for pepsi and then when you are sure you have the new job, quit working at pepsi, and try to go on vacation because that will help you relaxe or you can get some counselling if you cant go on vacation now. good luck to you and dont stress too much because that ban lead to an unhealthy heart.
