Can I file a complaint to someone about my ex mentally torturing me?!
Question: I wondered, because she was comforting during a very difficult time and after my mum died and i was there for her through her depression and her family problems.Since then she broke up with me on the anniversary of my mums death, told me she cheated on me twice, she lied about finding another bf in USA when she told me not to forget she loves me, got her mum and friends to lie, has since filed an `allegation` to the police about me, even though her sick friends email me with abuse all the time and send me her pics when immtrying to get over her, is there someone who i can ask about this, i have all proof of things she said and did, i was just getting over my problems and wa shappy with her and shes just making my life hell now and i dont even talk to her!

I assume you really want to seperate from her. Complain to her first with all seriousness, and tell her to quit (in writing). Then forgive her from the bottom of your heart and ignore and forget her. If she persists in contacting you get a resraining order from a judge against her which srves to legalize your intent to seperate from her presence in lieu of a divorce.

Report the abusive e-mails to the police; but remember to keep copies of them....

Move on with your life; and forget about her and find a decent girlfriend with some brains...
That might be kind of difficult. Just because you have brusided feelings does not constitute a crime. If you don't want emails from certain people block them simple as that.You sound upset because she dumped you. All you can really do is keep busy and get over it.
