Why do i have extreme derealization?!


Question: frequently ill experience extreme derealizations where i feel VERY distant from my friends and family, the whole world really. what could this be a symptom of? it gives me a lot of stress.

It might be a symptom of avoidant or paranoid personality disorders, maybe aspergers if you're young.
Or you're just lonely. It happens to all of us.
