If u have anxitey what does it feel liek to you?!


Question: Im scared that what iv been told what is anxitey isnt..But i dont have any physical symtoms...i just feel really out of it..and like my mind thinks about every single thing pointlessly and it overthinks it even if its about like the color of s shower curtian my mind like keeps thinking about it...its really hard to ezplain these feelings and it feels like my brains about to like blow a fuse.. i feel like im living my own life away from the world inside my head...its liek i cant even stand it..i feel like im on auto pilot but i dont have attacks its just happens all the time..it almost feels like you have gone without sleep for like 3 days..i feel like i cant think..and it gets so bad i feel like i cant go on any longer..i feel so out of it...People with anxitey...is this how it feels to u...is this anxitey

If it is anxiety then it can be helped very well with anxiety tablets, but this would need to be prescribed by a doctor; best bet is to see a doctor.

For me, I expereince shakyness, restlessness, I start talking silly too like my words come out backwards.

sounds like anxiety to me. I also have anxiety along with panic attacks. I have been going to talk to someone once a week for a couple months,. and it has REALLY helped. I would recommend going to talk to psychiatrist or counselor, trust me they can really help you out.

Anxiety is when you have a strong sense of fear or worry regarding something that will happen, even if you don't know what it is you're worried about. Sometimes it is overwhelming and vague and doesn't even make any kind of rational sense.

What you're describing sounds like the same thing.
