Question: I know this is easier said than done but you really just need to have have the willpower. Just say to yourself I can do it, one day at a time. Eventually you will be able to live without it. I was the same way with xbox. But now I dont miss it at all and haven't played in weeks.

mayb try getting one of those parental blocker things. they block all that kind of stuff. good luck!!
