My fears?!?!
Question: I have a horrible fear that i will be alive when the end of the world comes about! Ever since i watched the fith element when i was about 10 ive had a horrible fear that:
1.A comet will hit earth and cause a tidal wave and kill us all
and
2. The comet will destroy the earth!
What are your fears?

I used to have fears like yours until meds and therapy helped me get rid of them. I had the tidal wave fear years ago when sky lab ( or whatever it was) was falling out of the sky. If it didn't land on my house, which I was certain it would, it would land in the ocean and cause a tidal wave and wipe everybody out. Once I lost sleep for a week because I was convinced I was going to spontaneously com-bust at any moment. After I had my first child I saw the Omen and searched my baby for 666 fearing that I had birthed the anti-christ. You are experiencing intrusive irrational thoughts that can be treated with the right medication. Don't be afraid to admit your fears to a doctor. They are symptoms of a mental disorder that can be treated. Don't live with irrational fears all of your life. Learn how to stop worrying and work on being at peace.
I am the same way! I get really depressed and scared when I think about the end of the world. I really don't want to die via catastrophic natural disasters. Oh, I'm also really scared of Japanese style horror movies (like The Grudge). I'm terrified that when I go to sleep, I'll wake up and a Japanese ghost-girl will be hovering over me making that creepy throat noise.
I don't have any fears, because Jesus Christ forgave me and saved me for free.
So, now I don't have anything to fear about, and I'm ready for Him to come and take me and my family to heaven.
